Q: What is powerforceapparel.com’s return policy? How do I make a return?

A:  Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Customer should contact us via phone at 205-981-6516 or email  at sales@powerforcellc.com to receive  return authorization number.  Customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm CST.  Customer should include their name and return authorization number with the return package.    Customer is responsible for shipping expense to return item(s).  Upon receipt of return, customer will be credited back for item(s) and tax only.  Should we receive a package without return authorization, the package will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

Exchanges:

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase.  Customer should contact us via phone at 205-981-6516 or email  at sales@powerforcellc.com to receive  exchange authorization number.  Customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm CST.  Customer should include their name and exchange authorization number with the return package.    Customer is responsible for shipping expense to return item(s).  Upon receipt of return, Power Force will cover shipping expenses of exchange back to customer.  Should we receive a package without exchange authorization, the package will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

Defective Returns:

Defective returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customer should contact us via phone at 205-981-6516 or email  at sales@powerforcellc.com to receive  a defective return authorization  number.  Customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm CST.  Customer should include their name and defective return authorization number with the return package.    Customer is responsible for shipping expense to return item(s).  Upon receipt of return, Power Force will cover shipping expenses to replace defective item and ship to customer.

Promo codes:

We do not provide credits to customers who have purchased items and failed to use available promo codes.

Final Sales:

All shoes under $20 all sales final., other than for defects which we will replace according to defective policy.)

Q: Can I ship products to multiple addresses?

A: Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate one “Ship-To” address, per order. If you would like to send multiple items to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order, per “Ship-To” address.
